My meaning for the song that no matter what you look like and whatever you have wrong with you. You can do anything.

work in hospital

today was my second day of work in the hospital. it's too much to learn at the beginning, you can't keep everything in mind. there's always something to do, you have to wash the people, allot the food, clean everything. you're bustling all of the time, every bone is hurting. sometimes i get dizzy or i get headache. it's really hard. but then you can go home with that feeling that you helped somebody today. and that's worth exertion. you should believe in what i'm writing, it's the best feeling in the world, when you are able to put a smile on the face of a sick person :)

When you truly believe in what you are doing, it shows. And it pays. Winners in life are those who are excited about where they're going.
